SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

VILLAGE OF COXSACKIE MUSIC IN THE PARK featuring The Reverberators, at the Coxsackie Riverside Park, 6 to 8 pm.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 & 22

BINGO IS BACK at the Catskill Elks Lodge in Jefferson Heights and will be held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Doors open at 5 pm; no early arrivals. Early bird games begin at 6:40 pm; regular games at 7 pm. Players must be 18 years or older. Masks required unless seated.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

YARD SALE DAY hosted by the Freehold Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary, 8 am to 5 pm at the Firehouse, Route 32, Freehold. Vendors still needed, $25 a spot, paid in advance. Jessica 845-663-4884.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

BUS TRIP TO TURNING STONE, hosted by the Catskill Elks Lodge. $30 per person includes transportation, a light continental breakfast, a food voucher, and a voucher for either bingo or the slots. Bus leaves at 7:30 am from the lodge and returns 7 pm. Payment is due when you sign up. Call Emily at 518-610-3634 for more info.

USED BOOK SALE hosted by The Friends of the Cairo Pub-lic Library, in the shed at the back of the parking lot from 10-2. Adult and children’s books, DVD’s and CD’s for sale. Cairo Public Library, 15 Railroad Avenue, Cairo, NY 12413. 518-622-9864.

FLEA MARKET hosted by the TGM American Legion Post 187, 94 Second Street, Athens from 9 am to 4 pm, with setup starting at 7:30 am. VENDORS are welcome, and applications are available on our Facebook page or at our Post. Thank you for your support!

ANNUAL CHICKEN BBQ hosted by The Kiskatom Fire Department, at the firehouse, 4838 Route 32, Catskill. Take-outs from 2 to 3
