PEDALING FOR PARKINSON’S – Pedaling a bicycle may change the life of someone with Parkinson’s Disease. Research shows a 35% reduction in symptoms with the simple act of pedaling at a rapid pace. Join us at the Greene County YMCA. Participants need medical clearance to participate. Every Tuesday & Thursday, 10:30-11:30am. Members FREE, Non-members $5 per class.
