MEMBERSHIP MEETING of The Greene County Women’s League Cancer Patient Aid, 12 noon at Red Rooster in Cairo. GCWL is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide Greene County Cancer patients (men, women & children) with assistance in paying medical expenses resulting from the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. 100% of donations are committed to patient care. FIRST CLASS OF 4 WITH JIM CRAMER – Plein Air Series, exploring seasonal locations, hosted by the Athens Cultural Center. Meet at 8:30 and travel to locations working from 9-12. BINGO at the Catskill Elks Lodge is held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Doors open at 5pm, early bird games begin at 6:40, regular session at 7:05pm. At this point, mask and vaccine mandates have been lifted although players should act responsibly regarding social distance and staying
home if symptomatic.

Popular TV/Radio Gardening personality Peter Bowden will speak on ‘Our Changing Climate’. Peter is knowledgeable, interesting, and very humorous. 7TH ANNUAL JOE MAURER MEMORIAL YOUTH FISHING DERBY for youths 16 years and under, at Maurer’s Pond on Webber Road in Earlton, hosted by the Earlton Fish and Game Club. Registration begins at 10 am with fishing from 11 am to 1 pm. Prizes will be awarded when fishing ends. Food and beverages will be available for all contestants.
